Located in a wooded area, the cottages are set on a beautiful, clean, freshwater pond which is ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing or just relaxing. The pond is warm and our beach is private, making it a perfect place for children. Our guests are treated to some of the most beautiful sunsets on Cape Cod! The general store, Eastham Windmill, Eastham Library and the Cape Cod Rail Trail are all within walking distance.

Located on outer Cape Cod, the Town of Eastham is home to several ocean and bay beaches, and a host of kettle ponds. Additionally, the town is considered to be the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Coast Guard Beach, in particular, has been routinely rated as one of the top 10 beaches in the country.
